Iconography

Here is a sample of iconography primarily from my art school experience. Each icon represented a project in my portfolio. These projects ranged from a visual study of assault rifles to a survey of world animals. All icons were created in Adobe Illustrator.
 
 

Buttons and Navigations

I created these button and navigation elements for a number of websites. My inclination is to use HTML buttons when possible, but at times graphic buttons are a better choice. These elements were created in Adobe Photoshop and demonstrate my use of gradients, fonts, and Photoshop Layer Styles.
 
 

Layout

For SimplePhoto.com, I completely designed and coded the site. This is a sales/marketing site therefore the realestate 'about-the-fold' is very valuable. I used a three column spread on the left side of the page to display more information above-the-fold. View Layout
 
I created the visual design for the myEarthLink portal sign in page. This page had two functions. First, a slideshow explaining the portal features, and second, the registration form, where people can sign up for an account. This page was eventually replaced by a 'signed out' version of the portal. View Layout Comp

Illustration

Here is an illustration I created in art school. Created in Adobe Illustrator, this is a play on Georgia O'Keeffe's work.
